The scientific and practical journal «Bulletin of the Academy of Law and Management» (founder of «Institute of Business Career»).
Published since 2000. Since 2010, the journal has been included in the List of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of candidate (doctor) of sciences recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation should be published.
Based on the Decision of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation dated December 28, 2018, the journal is included in the new List of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals (№ 228 in the list of peer-reviewed publications).

Articles are accepted in accordance with the Nomenclature of groups of specialties of scientists:
- 08.00.05 – Economics and management of the national economy (by industry and field of activity) (economic sciences);
- 12.00.01 – Theory and history of law and state; the history of the doctrines of law and the state (legal sciences);
- 12.00.02 – Constitutional law; constitutional litigation; municipal law (legal sciences);
- 12.00.08 – Criminal law and criminology; penal law (legal sciences);
- 12.00.09 – Criminal proceedings (legal sciences);
- 12.00.13 – Information law (legal sciences).
The journal is recognized by the academic community and awarded the honorary silver medal of V.I. Vernadsky, the honorary silver medal of A.S. Popov and other awards for the contribution and popularization of Russian science.
Throughout the entire period of publication of the journal, more than 700 articles of leading Russian and foreign scientists and practitioners have been published on its pages, successfully solving the complex task of theoretical understanding of the changes in the field of law, pedagogy and economics. Among the authors of the magazine are heads of federal and regional authorities, honored foreign and Russian lawyers, leading economists, international experts, academic professors from universities, heads and specialists of enterprises and organizations, doctoral students and graduate students.
The publication is addressed to scientists, teachers, graduate students, students, as well as heads and specialists of government, local government and business entities. It publishes scientific and scientific-practical articles, scientific reviews, reviews and reports.
The mission and the main task of the journal is to promote the development of scientific communications in higher educational institutions, the formation of scientific schools and directions around the journal, information support for priority research, and the popularization of progressive scientific ideas. The publication is designed to facilitate the discovery and promotion of creatively gifted young scientific personnel.
The magazine helps to increase the effectiveness of interaction between representatives of scientific schools of the Moscow Institute of Public Administration and Law and the Institute of Business Careers (professors, teachers, scientists, researchers, graduate students, doctoral students, students) in the field of research.
The publication presents the scientific achievements of scientists in the scientific community of Russia and abroad and has become a venue for round tables in collaboration with scientists from universities, graduate students, the scientific community, research institutes, funds and libraries.
Viktor Pavlovich is the creator of the fundamental scientific research «Innovative Thinking». He developed the concept of the Institute of Socio-Economic Forecasting and Modeling: «Innovative education as a meaning-forming system that forms innovative thinking among students.»
He has published over a hundred scientific papers on innovative education and the formation of innovative thinking. Among them are 8 monographs: «Innovative education, shaping innovative thinking» (2005), «Innovative education of the humanities university: theoretical and methodological problems» (2007), «Theory and practice of innovative education» (2007), «Man in XXI century «(2010),» Innovative thinking in the twenty-first century «(2010) and others.
